Refund Policy
Overview
When you purchase Taghuddle through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record. This means Paddle manages payments, taxes, subscriptions, and refunds according to Paddle’s buyer terms.
Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a Consumer (purchasing for personal, non-business use), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction. Please note that this right does not apply to the supply of digital content once the download or use of the product has begun.
Refund Requests
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests should be submitted through Paddle’s support system via paddle.net or by contacting our support team.
Eligibility
A refund may be considered and issued by Paddle if:
- The request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase.
- The product is found to be faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
- Technical problems unreasonably delay the delivery of the product.
Paddle reserves the right to refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
How to Request a Refund

3. Email Taghuddle support at support@taghuddle.com, and we will assist in directing your request to Paddle.
